Welcome to Colony Park, Private Island

Colony Park is the first permanent housing development on a real island in the Argentine Delta. A one-of-a-kind real state concept in Argentina that gives you the possibility of deurbanizing your life in only 5 minutes.

The main objective of our Master Plan is to improve the quality of life of their inhabitants by combining the urban life with the security and calmness of a private island like ours. This is why we offer 900 plots.

Location

Only 1,000 metres away from the traditional nautical neighbourhoods, and from Del Libertador Avenue and the most important area in San Isidro.

Opposite the continent, metres away from the Argentine Yatch Club, Marina del Norte, Bahía del Sol and Marina del Sol. The coast is almost 3 km long over the Vinculación Channel.

Security, always

Nowadays, security is a worrying topic and in Colony Park, we think it is of vital importance.

We have a security system to facilitate the interaction and communication between the people appointed by the prefecture and some private agencies with high-tech equipment for prevention and control.

Because we are surrounded by rivers and channels of more than 30 metres wide, the access to the island will be controlled by the Argentine Naval Prefecture. Every lot will be connected to a telephone system through which you may quickly make contact with the guards.

The activity recorded through a complete CCTV (Closed Circuit Television Surveillance) system will be monitored 24 hours a day by the staff in our “security centre”.

Comfort

We made sure that no more than two neighbours will be living in the same plot so that a unique privacy in private neighbourhoods is accomplished. Breathtaking water reflections opposite every plot combined with a modern project of forestation planned by the prestigious studio Thays guarantee the best sights anyone can imagine.

We will have a beautiful Club House, a modern building of simple and functional aesthetic, containing an area for adults, another for teenagers and the rest for children.

All the owners who wish to practise water sports (not motorized) calmly and safely will have free access to our lakes.

Colony Park will provide excellent choices for sports and amusement. There will be tennis courts, football pitches, hockey pitches, swimming pools with a solarium and a nautical school.

Also, we will have a modern Club House and a playground designed according to the American standards.

Colony Park is located close to important educational centres such as San Isidro and Punta Chica. Anyway, with the advance of our master plan it has been planned to count on first level educational establishments inside our private Island.

The Marinas area will have a complete foundation to satisfy all your daily needs, we will have a mall for shopping, several shops, different gastronomic proposals, supermarkets, pharmacies and all the services that you and your family may require.

Colony Park will also be provided with the most modern underground networks of gas, water, drains, telephone systems and Internet without posts, cables, or visual pollution!
