Nowadays, security is a worrying topic and in Colony Park, we think it is of vital importance.

We have a security system to facilitate the interaction and communication between the people appointed by the Prefecture and some private agencies with high-tech equipment for prevention and control.

Because we are surrounded by rivers and channels of more than 30 metres wide, the access to the island will be controlled by the Argentine Naval Prefecture. Every lot will be connected to a telephone system through which you may quickly make contact with the guards.

The activity recorded through a complete CCTV (Closed Circuit Television Surveillance) system will be monitored 24 hours a day by the staff in our “security centre”.
